1. What is the correct temperature for a white wine in the summer? Most white wines are fine right out of the refrigerator, especially the lighter whites. Richer Chardonnays seem to taste better when not so cold. Say 50 - 60 degrees. Just pull the Chardonnay out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving. Save the ice bucket fpr sparkling wines. The crisp acidity of a Champagne shows off better when ice cold. |
